Received a faulty or damaged product?
No worries! Simply snap a picture and send it to our Customer Service team on the same day you receive your order. We’ll get back to you within two business days, and if the product is found to be faulty, we’ll gladly exchange it. Remember, you must report the issue and return the product within 1 day of receiving it to qualify for an exchange.
