Exchange Policy

At Tawakkal Jeweller, we prioritize customer satisfaction! That’s why, unlike many other brands, we offer hassle-free exchange options to make sure you love every piece you receive.
Received a faulty or damaged product?
No worries! Simply snap a picture and send it to our Customer Service team on the same day you receive your order. We’ll get back to you within two business days, and if the product is found to be faulty, we’ll gladly exchange it. Remember, you must report the issue and return the product within 1 day of receiving it to qualify for an exchange.
Changed your mind?
If you're not 100% satisfied or had a change of heart, we’ve got you covered with our exchange option. Just let us know within 3 days. Please note, once the 3-day window has passed, we won’t be able to process any exchanges.
